Collection or Delivery

All purchases can be collected from the Redbrck Designer Furniture Outlet in Batley or Sheffield or we can arrange delivery to you at a convenient time. Simply select your preferred option when you are completing your purchase.

Redbrick Click & Collect service

All furniture and accessories purchased from our website can be collected from Redbrick Clearance, Batley or Redbrick Deisgner Furniture Outlet, Sheffield with our Click & Collect service. When you make your purchase select the Click & Collect option and confirm when you would like to collect your furniture. Full payment will be taken online. If the item is in stock, it will be available for delivery the next day. If you would like to collect on the day of purchase, this may be possible, please contact us.

Simply present your Order Confirmation email at the store when you arrive to collect your furniture. Parking is available at both stores and assistance will be available to load your furniture into your vehicle should you require it.

If your furniture is an ordered item, we will call you when the goods are in stock so that you can arrange a convenient time to arrange collection. 

Home delivery Information

Once you have made your purchase we will contact you to make arrangements for a convenient date for the delivery.

We aim to deliver all goods within 7-28 working days. If you require your goods earlier, this may be possible for an additional charge, please contact our Sales Team in store for details on Express Delivery.

Once you have made your purchase we will contact you by email or telephone to organise your delivery.

The delivery service includes full assembly (if required), positioning the furniture into the room of your choice and the disposal of any packaging.

All furniture is rigorously quality control checked prior to it leaving Redbrick. 


Local deliveries

Deliveries will be calculated on the distance from our Redbrick store for delivery. 

UK Mainland Deliveries - £75

Deliveries outside a 50 mile radius of Redbrick will be carried out on our behalf by one of our trusted carrier partners.

Express delivery items

If you would like to receive your purchases within 7 days, please contact us and we will advise Express Delivery options and costs.

This service is available on selected products only.

Delivery of multiple items

If you have purchased multiple items, deliveries within a 50 mile radius of Redbrick will be delivered at no extra cost.

For deliveries outside a 50 mile radius of Redbrick, please contact us and we will calculate the cost of your delivery.

Delivery access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you order can be delivered into your property and that there is safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery.It is essential that you advise at the time of purchase any difficulties that may be encountered in delivering to your property. If access to the property is not possible by normal means any alternative arrangements required, such as the removal of windows and the using of hoists, lifting tackle etc will be at the risk and cost to the customer.

Mattresses - It is important that customers measure the width of the staircase as mattresses are heavy and bending them may invalidate the manufacturers guarantee. If there is insufficient width then the mattress will only be delivered to the ground floor.

Should we deliver an item and find it will not fit due to lack of measuring, we will be obliged to charge for collection. (This is for any reason e.g. if item not suitable or does not fit in).

Deliveries outside the UK

Unfortunately we cannot offer deliver outside the UK at this time. However, if you wish to arrange your own shipping, we will export wrap your goods and provide you with photographic evidence that the goods left in perfect condition together with the relevant receipts. The goods can be delivered to a UK port of your choice.
