Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Portrayal of products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
All rights, including copyright, for this website are owned by or licensed to Redbrick Mill Limited. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Redbrick Mill. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
We only sell items to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use this Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Proof of ID may be requested. By placing an order with us it is confirmation that you are of legal age.
All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. If a product is recalled for any reason, you will be contacted.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Cancellation & Returns
You are entitled to cancel your order should you wish to. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please email email@example.com or call us on 01924 482899. Once we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment.
If you wish to cancel your order once you have received your goods you may do so providing you act within seven days of receipt of the goods. Please advise us by telephone on 01924 482899 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Returned goods must be in perfect condition together with the original packaging.
You can return the furniture or item to the Redbrick Clearance Department. Alternatively we will arrange for your furniture/item to be collected at a convenient time. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, which will be £30 for local collections (within a 50 mile radius of Redbrick) and £65 UK mainland collections (outside a 50 mile radius of Redbrick) and you will remain responsible for and all returned goods until they reach us the Redbrick Clearance Department.
Once we are in receipt of your returned goods, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment. Alternatively, we can arrange an exchange or credit note.
Refunds, exchanges and credit notes will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Credit notes can be used against your next order, both online and in-store.

Please note your right to return products does not apply on items made to your specifications including bespoke furniture items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The Redbrick Clearance Department total liability for any claim howsoever occuring shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Redbrick Clearance Department to the customer. The Redbrick Clearance Department shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon the Redbrick Clearance Department by statute. The Redbrick Clearance Department cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in store. The Redbrick Clearance Department does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until fourteen  days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
When you place an order to purchase a product from The Redbrick Clearance Department your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.
The Redbrick Clearance Department endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, The Redbrick Clearance Department does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
