Returns & Cancellations
This policy only applies to stock items purchased at www.redbrickclearance.co.uk.
Cancellation of order before delivery
Once you have made your purchase, if you do not wish to proceed, you may cancel your order at any time prior to the delivery arrangements being confirmed. Please advise us by telephone 01924 482899 or email firstname.lastname@example.org Once we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment.
Returns after delivery
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any furniture or products purchased at www.redbrickclearance.co.uk, you can return your order to us within seven days for a full refund, exchange or credit note. Returned goods must be in perfect condition together with the original packaging.
Please contact us on 01924 482899 or email us email@example.com for advice on how to return your furniture. You can return the furniture or item to the Redbrick Clearance Department. Alternatively we will arrange for your furniture/item to be collected at a convenient time. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, which will be £30 for local collections (within a 50 mile radius of Redbrick) and £65 UK mainland collections (outside a 50 mile radius of Redbrick) and you will remain responsible for all returned goods until they reach us the Redbrick Clearance Department.
Refunds, exchanges and credit notes will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Credit notes can be used against your next order, both online and in-store.
Please note that bespoke furniture and made-to-order items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.
